HomeScores Pro provides real estate technology tools and services, including property evaluation, listing alerts, and communication services connecting consumers with licensed Idaho real estate agents. Real estate agents acting through HomeScores Pro are licensed in the State of Idaho and operate under appropriate brokerage affiliations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from Blue Ocean Strategies, LLC related to real estate services, including appointment confirmations, property information, transaction updates, and agent follow-up.

Information provided through HomeScores Pro, including property valuations, listing data, and market information, is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of value, condition, or accuracy. All real estate transactions are subject to independent verification, professional inspection, and the terms of any executed purchase agreement. Real estate services are provided by licensed Idaho real estate professionals.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on HomeScores Pro, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Blue Ocean Strategies, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Ocean Strategies, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
